g444 Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the g444 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By accessing the g444 website or mobile application, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have voluntarily accepted these Terms.

g444 is a secure and reliable online betting and gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. A prerequisite for using our services is full compliance with all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at g444 and use our services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Your name, address, date of birth, and contact details must be accurate and complete.
• You may only operate one active account at any given time.
• You must manage the account in your own name and from your own device.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the g444 support team immediately.

3 Age Restriction & Identity Verification

g444 follows a strict age-verification policy. The platform's services are open only to those aged 21 and above. Before account activation or any financial transaction, we may request any of the following documents to verify your identity:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License
• Birth Registration Certificate (as a supporting document)

Until the identity verification process is complete, access to deposits, withdrawals, or bonuses may be restricted. Creating or operating an account for a minor or anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Financial transactions on g444 are processed through fully secure and encrypted channels. We currently support the most popular mobile financial services in Bangladesh.

Accepted Payment Methods

The accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals at g444 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No payment method other than these four mobile wallets is currently accepted.

Limits & Processing Times

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: typically 5–30 minutes

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. If funds remain in an account unused for an extended period, g444's inactive account policy may apply.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

g444 offers its members various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant bonus page.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must complete wagering of 15 times the bonus amount only. The deposit amount does not count toward wagering — only the bonus portion counts. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

• If wagering is not completed within the specified time after receiving a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and all winnings earned from it will be considered void.
• g444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules always apply when placing bets on g444:

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless g444 takes special action due to a technical error or incorrect odds. It is the member's responsibility to verify all details before placing a bet.

Sports Betting

For bets placed on sports events, results are processed only after the outcome of the event is fully confirmed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be settled in accordance with g444's established policy.

Technical Errors

If the outcome of a bet is affected by a technical error or system disruption, g444 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the g444 platform and may result in immediate account closure:

• Misuse of bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse)
• Operating multiple accounts
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Attempting to cyberattack or hack the system
• Fraud or collusion with other members
• Creating or operating an account using false information
• Operating an account using third-party funds

8 Account Suspension & Closure

g444 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of the Terms
• Detection of fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
• A court order or legal requirement
• Extended period of account inactivity

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. It is advisable to fulfill all applicable wagering requirements and withdraw any withdrawable balance before closing the account.

9 Limitation of Liability

g444 is committed to providing the highest quality of service through its platform. However, g444's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by third-party technical issues or internet disruptions
• Unforeseen natural disasters or causes beyond the account's control
• Issues arising from the member's own negligence or incorrect information
• Technical issues caused by third-party game providers

g444 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In the event of any dispute, the maximum liability shall be limited to the amount of the relevant transaction.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information will not be shared except where legally required.
• You have the right to correct your information.
